Denise Frizzell is currently the founder and principal for Metamorphosis Coaching+Consulting (www.metamorphosisconsultation.com). In addition, Denise teaches online business courses for Dean College in Franklin, MA. She has over 20 years in health, wellness, and human services, most recently including as the Director of Prevention & Enrichment Services at LUK (Let Us Know) Crisis Center, Inc. in Fitchburg, MA, co-founder and practice manager for Choices Integrative & Preventative Family Practice in Marlborough, MA, and as co-founder and executive director of Choices Wellness Community Center in Marlborough, MA. Denise is also a long-time change agent for wellness, healthy communities, and ecological sustainability.
Denise has a PhD in Leadership and Organizational Change from Walden University, a Masters of Public Administration in Public Management and Public Policy Development from California State University, Hayward and a B.S. in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento. Denise also has certifications in Nonprofit Management from California State University, Hayward, and Theological Studies from Andover Newton Theological School. Presently, she is enrolled in a Coaching for Transformation certification program with Leadership That Works .
